Maria Navarro, Owner/President of M. Navarro & Associates, Inc. (MNA) is a native Californian. She has been a successful property manager and real estate agent since 1972. Maria has been specializing in commercial real estate since 1983, when as an agent she sold her first large property to the McDonalds' Restaurant chain for 1.2 million. It was in that same year she started leasing up her first Class "A" office building, which eventually led to several property management positions.

Job experience is the key, it has given Maria the knowledge to deal with just about every possible commercial real estate issue, in just about any type of economic climate. As a property manager/leasing agent, Maria has weathered three economic recessions. Her expertise in creating and completing turn-around property business plans has facilitated in many successful re-sales.

Maria's clients include several institutional lenders and various liquidators, including Sears Financial and the Wilmington Trust out of Wilmington, North Carolina.

Maria believes in real estate, as a property owner she has owned both multi-residential and commercial resort properties. She holds a Business of Science (BS) degree in design and numerous certificates in the real estate field. References are available upon request.
