Our firm carries the following insurance coverage:

Employee Dishonesty
Professional Liability Insurance (Errors & Omission Insurance)
Fidelity Bonds upon request

All contractors are required to carry a general business liability policy and Workers Compensation. Proof of insurance is required before contractors are allowed access to any property.

MNA aggressively enforces the Insurance requirements for all commercial lease agreements under our control. Tenants must carry business liability policies showing the appropriate <language details>. Insurance is handled by our maintenance department.
