Navarro & Associates uses generally accepted accounting principals (GAAP) as our reference guide/format for maintaining all client accounts. We also maintain separate operating trust accounts for each property. Monthly direct deposit to owners' accounts is also available. The year 2001 will also see MNA adding on-line client access to reports and Tenant Maintenance Request Forms with email confirmations.
