Contracts:
MNA uses standard commercial contracts recognized by both the Commercial Real Estate Industry at large and its professional organizations. These groups include IREM, CAR, The San Diego Apartment Association, BOMA and others.

Leasing and Sales Listing Agreements, Escrow Instructions and Lease Agreements are either standard AIR, CAR forms or Professional Publisher. The choice is determined by the complexity of the documentation needed.

MNA retains a Real Estate Attorney to advise on real estate matters including tenant landlord law, lease agreements, and related documentation.

Contracts are available for review upon a request and are included in our Management Proposal and Qualifications Presentation.

Consulting agreements, employment contracts including website related documents, are also available upon request.
